Pumpkin Pillow Knitting Pattern (With Optional Sewing Pattern Insert)

The softest squishiest pumpkin to ever grace your couch.

This pumpkin pillow is knit seamlessly from the bottom up in the round. Once the body is 3/4 knitted you begin to stuff the pumpkin as you continue to decrease. The stem creates the final decrease of the pumpkin before cinching closed. Leftover lengths of yarn are looped around the pumpkin to create segments.

The pillow ends up being about 34cm in diameter and 19cm high not including the 7cm stem.

I used an old pillow's filling for the stuffing and put it straight into the knitted pillow but you can always fashion a filling insert if you are worried about the stuffing poking through.
